Reflexology | $55 ~30 min.

The basic theory is that by manipulating certain points on the feet and hands, the practitioner is able to affect the functionality of internal organs or areas of pain that are connected to these points via the peripheral nervous system and/or energy meridians. The congestion is cleared out through the manipulation of these areas to restore function and balance energy throughout the body.

Pre-Natal | $110 one hour
Pre-natal massage is one of the most amazing things a pregnant woman can do for herself. The pregnant woman’s body undergoes an incredible amount of structural change while preparing itself for the birth of the baby. Many profound changes take place internally as well as in the musculoskeletal system in order to make room for the growing fetus. There is a significant shift in the pelvis, causing a strain on the low back, which in turn affects all surrounding muscle groups and nerve bundles. Fluid retention is common toward the end of pregnancy, along with sleeplessness, headaches and general body discomfort. Massage can bring relief to the pregnant woman for the following: Low back pain, Headaches, Swelling in extremities, Stretchmarks, Sleeplessness, Neck and shoulder pain.
Stone Therapy | $120 one hour
Stone massage involves the application of water-heated basalt stones of varying sizes to key points on the body, giving a deep massage and creating sensations of comfort and warmth. The warmth of the stones improves circulation and calms the nervous system. The direct heat relaxes muscles, allowing manipulation of a greater intensity than with a regular massage.
